Small Business Week!

This Small Business Week, and throughout Small Business Month, we celebrate the ambition, entrepreneurial spirit and determination of small business owners and their businesses across the province. Ontario’s more than 400,000 small businesses are the backbone of our communities, employing more than 2 million Ontarians.

The government is ensuring small businesses have the tools and supports they need to grow and thrive.

To show our gratitude for our vibrant small business community, we strongly encourage you to visit local Small Businesses in your ridings throughout the week. We are sharing this kit early so you may visit businesses ahead of time, if desired. Please share these messages and accompanying social content to accompany your visits.

The Associate Ministry of Small Business will also be sharing a templated letter that can be sent to local BIA’s and Chambers of Commerce to highlight Small Business Week and thank them for their support. A list of chambers and BIA’s organized by riding will also be attached.
