Simcoe North

Simcoe North is incredibly diverse in both culture and geography. Home to over 111,000 people and spanning 3,143 square kilometres, Simcoe North encompasses a wonderful mixture of small towns and rural communities. Within our boundaries are beautiful Georgian Bay, Lake Simcoe, and Lake Couchiching, all connected by the Trent-Severn Waterway.

Our many provincial parks, ski hills, lakes and trails provide some of Ontario’s most scenic and sought-after outdoor recreation opportunities. Our small local businesses continue to support our communities, while contributing to Ontario’s growing economy.

Simcoe North is comprised of the municipal governments of the city of Orillia, the towns of Midland and Penetanguishene, the townships of Severn, Ramara, Oro-Medonte, Tay and Tiny, the Chippewas of Rama First Nation and Beausoleil First Nation on Christian Island.

I am proud to call Simcoe North my home and to represent its constituents. If you live in the electoral district and have any questions, comments or recommendations, please contact me.
