Remembrance Week November 5-11

The government will always stand shoulder to shoulder with our veterans, our active service members, and our military families. Next week, from November 5^th to 11^th is Remembrance Week, and a chance for us to honour the courage, commitment, and sacrifice of the heroes who have served, and continue to serve, Canada during times of conflict and peace.

Everyone is encouraged to show respect for our service members, past and present, by wearing a poppy, observing a moment of silence, attending a local ceremony, and giving direct thanks to our soldiers and veterans.
