Ontario Making Access to Critical Government Services Simpler, Faster, and Better

Today, Premier Ford joined Minister Rasheed to announce enhancements at ServiceOntario that are making it more convenient for people and businesses to access critical government services.

Ontarians will now be able to use ServiceOntario’s improved appointment booking system at many of its busiest centres, and we are doubling the number of service centres currently offering appointments, by expanding to more than 120 by the end of 2023.

Appointment booking is a convenient time-saver for consumers who need or choose in-person service. Now, people can save valuable time by booking multiple services in a single appointment or book a single appointment for the whole family. Members are encouraged to share this announcement on their social media platforms and let their constituents know that they can go online to renew  important government documents at Ontario.ca/Renew.
