Ontario Expanding Mental Health Services Across Ontario

Today is World Mental Health Day. The government has significantly expanded mental health services in every region of the province through the Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) program. For the very first time, this program ensures that all Ontarians can now have more convenient access to mental health care, closer to home.

The government launched the OSP program in 2022 with four initial locations. Today, with over 100 locations across the province, adults in every corner of the province who have depression, anxiety and anxiety-related concerns, can connect to free cognitive behavioral therapy and other related services.
