The government has announced more than $6 million to help nearly 200 jobseekers in the Hamilton area gain the training, hands-on experience and industry mentorship they need to land good-paying jobs the skilled trades.
As part of the government’s plan to protect Ontario, the province is making record investments to prepare more workers and jobseekers across Ontario for in-demand careers. By investing in training and upskilling projects, we are helping protect all Ontario workers and communities from economic uncertainty while delivering on our $236 billion plan to build the homes, highways, hospitals, schools and critical infrastructure the province needs.
