Ontario and First Nations Partnering to Support Economic and Resource Development in Northern Ontario

Premier Ford, alongside Minister Rickford and First Nations leadership, signed Letters of Confirmation to four First Nations (Animbiigoo Zaagi’igan Anishinaabek, Aroland First Nation, Ginoogaming First Nation and Long Lake 58 First Nation) committing to working together to champion economic growth in the Greenstone Development Area. The partnership agreements signed by our government include investments in highway infrastructure and skills training to support First Nations communities leading to opportunities and into the future.
