National Immunization Awareness Week

Dr. Moore issued a statement in recognition of National Immunization Awareness Week, thanking Ontarians for their participation in the COVID-19 vaccination campaign and encouraging parents to make sure their children stay up to date on routine immunizations.

Routine immunizations provide important protection against serious diseases and reduce unnecessary medical visits and hospitalizations, in addition to protecting young children and those who cannot be immunized.
