The government is encouraging families, fishing enthusiasts and first-time anglers to participate in the province’s week-long free fishing event.
From June 29 to July 7, Canadian residents can fish for free in Ontario.
This initiative is in honor of Canada’s rich angling traditions while encouraging outdoor activities on Canada Day throughout the province.
