My colleagues, Minister Lecce, along with Minister Vic Fedeli, and Parliamentary Assistants Patrice Barnes and Matt Rae, announced an updated technical education curriculum to better prepare Ontario students for the jobs of the future.
Ontario’s government is better preparing our students to excel in the global economy by announcing a new computer studies course in September 2023, and an updated Grade 9 and Grade 10 technical education curriculum in 2024.
These curriculum changes are the latest of many that will align Ontario’s curriculum with the modern job market, ensuring Ontario students have the life and job skills required to access stable careers with good paychecks.
