Provinces Release Strategic Plan to Advance Small Modular Reactors

My colleague, Todd Smith, Minister of Energy, joined his counterparts from Saskatchewan, New Brunswick, and Alberta to announce that our four provinces are launching Canada’s first-ever Strategic Plan to advance Small Modular Reactor technology (SMRs). Together, we’re charting Canada’s safe, reliable, clean energy future, while creating new, good-paying jobs, attracting investment, and expanding export opportunities. We’re leading the nation, while building a Stronger Ontario!
